Selecting Movies to Play - Dune Solo 8K

Hi, new here 1st post on new player to me.

I have the Dune Solo 8K just purchased from Futeko, Set up the player with 18TB Internal Disk, Copied Movies onto the disk and scanned them into the mycollection software, went through and updated the missing associations - great.

However, when starting the player it shows the Main screen with the tabs Movies, TV Series, Sources with selection option on the left of screen and movie posters to the right

If I select a movie poster it shows info, description etc on the left and picture on the right, 50% of my movies show a play option top of the menus (above Info) 50% do not (if i press on info it says "Movie not available for playback"

All Films play if selected via the browser (all films are MKV or MP4 - all encoded the same way)

I cannot get the rest of the movies to show the play menu on selecting the movie poster. I have tried re-indexing, even with IMDB ID - makes no difference
