when I wanna stop play with whapper...

1. push the pause or OK button
2. push 2x escape button
3. got a message ..push OK button if the movie is end...

than I push OK, esc, or any button, immediately start play the next movie. It would be back to Kodi the file list, but not.

I have tried delete and reinstall Wrapper but not helped

I've been checking 3.03, and so far, aside from the earlier bug with the files that freeze the file manager ( http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=406.0 ), as well as a slow down with a new file, I get one new bug in the new version: after the unit is started and boots, and the main menu appears (with the Media Center, Chrome, etc.), about 10 seconds pass before an Android error message pops up, stating:

"Unfortunately, Clock has stopped".

The clock actually works and displays the hour properly, but the error always appears after startup. Sometimes is pops up again while the unit is working.

(I use the official 3.03, although in the past I did install older versions of the modded firmware from http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=56.0)

(On different subjects, the file operations option - rename/delete, etc. - has returned and is displaying properly).

Will this fix youtube crashing and chrome crashing?

Neither Youtube or Chrome should crash. I don't think they did on the previous firmwares either.

I note that you didn't buy the box from us.

To clean the box completely and install firmware from scratch first do a factory reset and then install this firmware using reset button on back of box.

So is this update only for people who buy the box from you then ? As you keep commenting thst I didn't buy the box from you ?

The update is for anyone who has a proper European model Q10 4K3D.

The reason I posted about you not buying the box from us is that Q10 4K3D (or Q10 Quad) is also available in a Chinese version, which is not compatible with any European/International firmware.

There were also previous versions of Q10 (Q10-II, Q10) which are not compatible with our firmware either.

The internal build date is 11-DEC but it was released to the public on 30-DEC.

The two dates is our attempt to avoid the confusion caused by firmware with earlier build dates (and earlier reported dates on Himedia support forum) being released at a later date.

How do I  figure out whether mine is compatible with the update provided in this thread?

I checked my model number in SETTINGS and it says Q5EN.2000 which, I believe, indicates English version. However it has some Chinese apps which, according to some people, is Chinese version. Now I am confused.

Some pointers anybody?

Please post a photo of the home screen. From that I will be able to tell you.

Also, what is the firmware version installed? Settings - About.

Looks like European version to me. You should be OK updating to 3.0.3.

The firmware has been installed successfully. After it reboot all my settings were gone and I am perfectly fine with it. The problem is youtube. When I clicked on the recommended videos on youtube home screen it was fine. It, however, always crashes when I tried to use the search function. Any solution for this matter? Do I have to factory reset and reinstall the firmware again like what you mentioned in page 1 of this thread? I believe the device has been automatically factory reset during firmware installation?

Edit= I tried to factory reset and install the firmware again. Youtube search function, again, crashed. Is there any fix to this because I use youtube heavily.

Can you update Youtube to latest version using Play Store?

When I opened Youtube for the first time after firmware update it prompted me to update but it then said the latest Youtube is not compatible with my device.

That is not the whole story.

My current handphone (Note 5) and previous ones are all Android based so when I first opened Playstore I just signed in using my Google account. After I signed in I used search function to look for youtube and guess what, it crashed! Tried to use the search function again and it also crashed. So now the search function for both Youtube and Playstore is not functional. So I clicked Playstore menu (on the right (or left?) corner then go to 'My apps'. It lists all the apps that I have ever used, found Youtube and clicked install. It installed a second Youtube app (so now I have 2 Youtube apps). Luckily the second Youtube app has a functional search function.

This second Youtube app is similar to the one before I updated my firmware.
