Realbox - USB hub? Gapless?

Can anyone confirm that a powered USB hub will work with the Realbox? Looking for an easy way to connect a portable HDD. Also, will the native audio player in fact perform gapless play?

Any powered USB hub will work. The native player does not support gapless playback.

Many thanks for the information; very helpful. It seems they addressed "gapless" some time ago for the Duo 4K, noting re: one firmware release, "New feature: Added support for gapless audio playback: when playing a sequence of audio files, the audio files are played in a gapless/seamless mode (without pauses between files)." Unfortunate that for this newer device, it hasn't happened...
