What firmware is the box running? Your box should have prompted you to update to 1.1.2.0, I recommend installing this update. There are further improvements, particularly to the Egreat player (so affecting issues 1 and 2) in the latest 1.2.0.0 beta released today. This beta lacks Play Store though so I would recommend waiting for it to become official before installing it for day to day use. For item 3, Settings - Playback - Play video with 3D mode should be set to On.
