Hi everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to hear True HD and Master tracks with the Kodi player and if possible how. Thank you

I've reinstalled the same firmware with the reset button method and reinstalled all the apps I had before. The box is shutting down properly for some days now.
How can I make an "image" of the internal storage so I can just reinstall if needed in the future? Basically, I can I create a custom firmware?
Thankshi, did you restore by overwriting the previous ATV firmware or did you install something else first? Thanks in advanceI've reinstalled the same ATV version 2.15 I had before

DON'T try install original Chinese firmware on your international box.
update_Q10Pro (unofficial_ATV[v2.15.0])-HMD-2.1.5 2019-12-10.113757) is adapted to be installed safe on international box.
From unofficial_ATV 2.14.x to unofficial_ATV v2.15.x do direct install, probably dirty is OK too.
Dirty upgrade works fine, didn't solve the no shutdown issue though...
@Dutchie53
unofficial_ATV --> is mean unofficial Android TV because is not Certificate Android TV and HiMedia does not release a Android TV firmware for Q Series.
In case of v2.15.x is also use CN HMD-2.1.5 for Q Series as base witch is adapted to be safety install on international version.
Keep in mind install a firmware in any device is not free of the risk.
Caution
- Do not turn off the box while updating the firmware. It may cause box malfunction a.k.a soft brick.
- It takes approximately 15 minutes to update since this firmware has large file size.
Use on your own risk.
Thanks stl, now everything is ok, unfortunately another problem and that the q10 is not turned off, every time I turn it off it stops and I have to turn off the power. Do you have a solution? thank you very much.
Same thing started to happen to me a few weeks ago, I think reinstalling the firmware fixes it but I haven't tried it yet.
