Same thing started to happen to me a few weeks ago, I think reinstalling the firmware fixes it but I haven't tried it yet.
Sorry if I answer only now. Unfortunately I have already tried to reinstall the firmware again, but nothing, the problem remains, I do not want to know to turn off and I have to turn off the power. Can you try and see if something changes? although I wouldn't understand why it should work again and I don't.
If you have VPN, make sure that the location service, especially for "Fused Location" is not acivated on your Q10 Pro settings. Having a VPN service while Fused Location is on causes Q10 Pro not to turn off completely.
