Zidoo Realtek 1619DR / No audio if raw mode

My Z9X is connected via HDMI to the Yamana RX-4A4 amp.
It worked perfectly until yesterday.
Today it only showed the video without sound.
I changed the HDMI cable but the problem persists.
I have agreed that if I change the audio output from RAW to LPCM 2 the audio will be heard.
I tried using the optical output with the same result as HDMI (RAW no audio, LPCM2 yes audio).
Do you think it's a Zidoo hardware problem?

HiMedia Q10 Pro, Q5 Pro / See film with shared db to windows & Q5Pro problem

Hiii.

Scenario:
- WIN PC with Kodi 17.6
- Raspberry ONLY for mysql purpose
- Movie in many.. many HD attached via USB to PC when necessary.
My films DB is with windows path

All is OK.

I've buyed a Q5pro (CFw 2.07 e Andorid 7) and attached to the db.

All is OK

For see the movie in the Q5pro i've in advancedsettings.xml

1) I've browse to a film in q5pro's kodi
2) I've press enter.
3) the film are recognize (no error showed)
4) Nothing happend. No error messagge... no film

films are correctly played from PC and Q5pro.

The first problem is a wrapper issue?

General / Sharing thumbnails, poster etc between PC & Q5pro

My Kodi 17.6 is installed on W/ PC.
All trailers, posters and fanarts are localy stored in a shared position on llittle samba device.

All is OK.

In the art table of kodi's database all image are storted as "W:\[...].jpg"

Now I want to share my libraries with q5 pro.

I've done:
-Installed MySQL on PC how kodi's forum explane.
- reupdate my databases.
- put in q5 pro advancedsettings.xml

On PC is all OK.
In Q5 pro the databases are OK except poster and fanarts not showed.

The media center is allowed to access into the nas.

I've unterstand that the android version of kodi manage the pictures only if are locally stored (or stored in internet)..

Any idea to solve the problem?

HiMedia Q10 Pro, Q5 Pro / Factory default

Hii everyone !!

When two months ago I bought the Q5 pro had the firmware 1.06 by default.
I have installed all official updates and not up to the highest versions.
I installed some patches and different apps.
Everything worked perfectly until yesterday.
When watching a 4K movie, the screen suddenly went black, the rotating circles appeared for a few seconds and the device restarted.
At the desktop, some icons showed the logo of the Android robot.
All parameters were lost.
I have returned to the factory settings via the appropriate menu but I always start with Android 7
I reinstalled the custom firmware of pccristi but the play store no longer works, I can no longer apply the patches.
In short ... the player has become unusable.

How do you bring the player back to factory conditions?
