I have 4 work colleagues who bought a Zidoo a few weeks ago and they are totally convinced at the moment. I will have to make up my own mind...

had the feedback of myHDplayer-de where I returned my Q10 last week:

we just checked you player with our Bluetooth Components.

We can not figure out an error.

It is working with a couple of meters distance.

Kind Regards"

So my player has no bluetooth problem but can't work with my Headphones. So I have ordered a Zidoo X9s and now my Q10 is for sale, if somebody in France is interested.

I lent my headset tonight to a friend who owns a and it works perfectly in bluetooth at over 7m without problem. I asked for a exchange to the seller

So, I've been able to pair my Headset with the Q10 but I had to get very very closed to the player (in fact my Headset was squarely placed on the reader).

But as soon as I sit on my sofa (2 meters), the link is lost... Is there a range problem with the Bluetooth of the Q10 ?  :o

I've tested my Bluetooth connectivity with my Headset after FW upgrade, the problem is still there . I got to stay very closed to the player to be able to pair but as soon as I walk away (about 2 meters) the connection is lost... No improvement

@FUTEKO: I recently bought another HEADSET and I'm facing the same issue, connectivity is lost as soon as i'm 1 meter far from the player while it works perfectly with my iPad or Android phone with Spotify anywhere in my house to about 10m distance.

I think there is a real problem with bluetooh connectivity and range.

I made an email to myHDplayer-de where I bought the player ( but they don't answer me. The player is still under warranty so I'd like to get a switch. Do I have to wait from the seller or can Futeko help me in this way?

1. Display format. Default was 1080P 60Hz.

Let it on 1080p 60Hz so you'll be abable to set your Video Color Space YcbCr444 10bits

Let the TV upscale

2. HDMI Auto Adaptation. Default was off.

From the moment when you set manually Display, Auto Adaptation is necessarily OFF

3. Video Color Space & HDMI Deep Color. Default was YCbCr444 8Bit

Change to YcbCr444 10bits

4.  Display Advanced Options - TV HDR Mode

Set SDR ON, because most of the available files you'll play will be SDR and you'll be able to define the PQ settings of the Himedia Player too

Firewall and AV OK, but did you enable discovery and home network sharing in Windows too ?

Maybe the problem is there

Good luck

It is what I have done

K17 RC works fine with wrapper

I'm on 5.1 Android version / 1.0.9 CSFW

Just finished installing MX Player and launched it.

Sony_4K_HDR_Camp played perfectly and TV Switched to HDR automatically.

Player setted to 2160p60Hz / YcBcR420 10Bits

Video was perfectly smooth

No need to install codecs

I can try this evening if nobody made the test before

HiMedia Q10 Pro, Q5 Pro / Re: Cannot set YCbCr/RGB 4.4.4 10Bit in 2180p
« on: January 07, 2017, 10:30:56 AM »
As I can remember HDMI 2.0 does not support 4:4:4: 10bits @60HZ

HDMI 1.4 supports 8bit RGB, 8bit 4:4:4 YCbCr, and 12bit 4:2:2 YCbCr, all at 24-30 FPS
HDMI 2.0 supports RGB and 4:4:4 in all color depths (8bit-16bit) at 24-30 FPS
HDMI 2.0 only supports 8bit RGB and 8bit 4:4:4 at 60 FPS

1.Freeze and unable to shutoff on some conditions issue fixed
2.Pause and then unable to continue when playing music via local media player issue fixed

9.File manager stop running under some conditions issue fixed
10.Status of Bluetooth setting unable saved after shutoff and turn on issue fixed
11.Application manager abnormal ANR issue fixed
12.Wifi handling capacity improved
13.Compatibility of 4K50hz and 4K60hz output optimized
14.Support IOS 10 Airplay

Bluetooth still gets ON when restarting the player wheras it has been setted OFF before. Moreover, I still can't USE my Headphone. I can pair it when it is placed on it but as soon as I get it on my head while being on my sofa, get disconnected.....

Is it due to CSFW 1.0.9 (i am on it) or original FW brings same behaviour to others ?

YcbCr 4:4:4 10 bits doesn't work for me too but I thought that YcbCr 4:4:4 10 bits was not supported due to Bandwidth limitation of the HDMI  < 18Gbps

Am I wrong ?

RGB 4:4:4 10 bits and YcbCr 4:2:0 10 bits should work instead
