I have trouble with USB 3.0 type B slave port on rear panel for copying big files (BD3D ISO)
If I connected My notebook (Win10) to Box into the USB slave port on rear panel and in windows explorer I try to copy ISO image from PC to Q10 through USB 3.0 type B slave port on rear panel and after 1 or 2 minutes my PC loses connection with Box. I noticed that windows permanently loses and reconnecting after every 1 or 2 minutes.
Someone else has the same problem?

I was able to use the USB 3.0 port to connect to the Q10 Pro and use it same as any external drive. After installing an internal drive, copying large Blu-ray files was easy using Window 10. I am "old school" and reformatted the 4Tb drive the old slow way (which took a very long time) so there were no disconnections for many hours.
Were you connecting to an internal drive or an sd card?
Try connecting to a USB 2.0 port on your notebook if you have one (some older PC USB 3.0 ports and drivers can be flaky and USB 2.0 are stable)?
Also I find a full reboot of Windows can get USB drivers working correctly after Windows updates messes around with things.

I'm checked this trouble. PC lose connection if I copy and try to playback from the external drive at same time

Review active power plan, Change plan settings / Power settings under "Changed advanced power settings", USB Settings -> USB selective suspend setting and set disable.
Try again to perform a large transfer.

It did not help
The problem is the port's instability, you can easily copy a large file >40GB but in other times there is the permanently losing connection and it does not copying any files

It doesn't appear to be a problem other users are having.
It is possible that it is a problem with your notebook hardware or settings. Do you have problems with other external USB storage and large files?

I think very few people use USB type B port on the rear panel
No, the problem is only with Q10Pro

I don't know, I think a lot of people will use the port initially to copy files across to the internal HDD.
I've done a bit of testing here and I can copy ~50GB consistently without the USB connection dropping out.
If you think it's your particular Q10 Pro that is faulty we would be happy to replace it . Email us: mail@futeko.com

I bought the Q10Pro directly from Himedia
The situation isn't entirely clear for me, for example yesterday there was no problem when copying BDRemux

My experiences with actually the USB-3 physical connectors is marginal. Regularly I get connections made at USB-2 rather than USB-3 rate (you won't get a warning for this). This is a general observation for all USB-3 connectors.

after update firmware to 1.0.5 the USB slave port on rear panel is working normal without disconnects
