Title: Audio Q10 Pro - Solved !!!

Since this afternoon all Dolby and DTS output as 2.0
I returned to firmware 1.01 and the same.
I returned to firmware 1.03 and the same.

What happen? Break?

How have you got the box connected for audio?

What app are you playing the audio from?

This sounds like a settings problem. Presuming you're connected via HDM have you set Settings - Playback - HDMI output to LPCM? It should be RAW for multi-channel audio.

Since I always get it worked correctly.
Yes, the audio it out by HDMI and is set to "RAW" mode.
Repeat: Dolby and DTS all reproduced in 2.0 with high output signal which causes the AV -51 put volume.
When the Q10 Pro worked well, the volume of the AV was -22.

I could swear you installed a different player which works in software mode or something...
Update of kodi gone wrong?

You need to give more infornation man!!!  We are no wizards here and see bli dfolded whats hsppening at your's.

In my Anthem MRX 720 .... WRONG!

I tried it on a Arcam AVR550 and everything OK !!!


How is this possible?
