Title: Playback issue with Denon AVR 3200W
Post by: MacFreibier on June 16, 2016, 11:53:33 AM
Hi,
I am having a problem with my setup.
I have connected the Q10 Pro to my brand new Denon AVR 3200W receiver by using HDMI.
Everything is working fine when I configure the Q10 to use 2160/50 or 60.
But as far as I configure 2160/24, 25 or 30 I am getting no picture on my projector.

Due to the fact that the higher frame rates (50 and 60) work fine in 2160p, I do not think I have a cable issue.

Nevertheless I changed cables, no success.
I connected the Q10 Pro directly to the projector and it worked fine with all frame rates with the same cables!
I set the Denon receiver to passthrough the HDMI signal while turned off and it also worked well, no issues!

So the issue only occures when having the Deon powered on in the chain.
I have a UHD Blu-Ray player connected to the Denon as well and this works fine in 2160/24.
So there is "something" with the combination Q10 Pro and Denon AVR-3200W preventing 2160/24, 25 and 30 playback.

Video conversion in the Denon is disabled.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This is the second post with issues with Denon receivers - I still did not purchase the Q10 Pro, and I do have the Denon 7200wa, so looking for other users to reply with their experiences.
