Hi Guys,
aftr Connecting Q10Pro to amplifier my Problem is, that when I change Movie i n Kodi or MediaCenter, I have to switch off the Denon Amplifier, otherwise the new Movie isn't shown on TV and/or there is no changing of sound ( i.e first Movie was dts and next with Dolby atmos). Only when I switch off Amplifier and turn on again, the new audio Format is right.
Any Ideas????

Perhaps as a solution you could switch the inputs of your Denon instead of switching it off.
HDMI1 to HDMI2 and back again.
For Futeko you should tell him, where you output your audio.
HDMI, Coaxial or Optical?

Hi & thx at first.
the switch of Inputs I tried without solving the Problem. All is connected by HDMI...and also tried by changing the cables to avoid that one is broken.....Problem still there

There is another post on an user having similar issues with his Denon x3200 - please, we need more Denon users to report their experience.
Regards.

We have a couple of Denons here (X520BT and 1610) and don't get this problem, so it's not universal to all Denon amps.
We do need more input from customers to try and narrow down the problem.
Does the problem occur with all output or only with specific content (1080p / 4k)?

Hello Marathin, have you done more testing ? Can you please report the exact scenarios you see the issue happening ?
Regards.

The HDMI-CEC problem is NOT solved with the current firmware. Use a HDMI Less adapter or unplug HDMI when needed as a bypass.
This is a problem with all AMP's of all brands.
Himedia should at least provide a HDMI-CEC Enable/disable option ASAP.
