That's the first I've heard about a 1.1.2 firmware.
I will find out from HiMedia tomorrow morning what's going on.
As it stands we recommend not installing it (if installing it were possible).

1.1.2 is an official update and can safely be installed.
We'll put a thread up here for it later today, but changelog from HiMedia is as follows:
1?Update Google Play to version 6.5.08.
2?-Occasional Wifi malfunction issue solved.
3?. --Update Happycast and support iOS9.3.
4? -SAMBA exit during play issue solved. Focus incorrect issue revised.
5?-Output display optimized, switching speed of net play has accelerated.

I Have the same problem as MacMac using OTA Online updater.
Please recheck the file from the OTA Update.

I made the upgrade using the USB, but now I get a get a new upgrade via OTA, the same version, same date, but different build.

If you decline the upgrade does the pop-up keep coming back?
The OTA update is the same firmware, but with the build number bumped up by a single digit. I will find out tomorrow why HiMedia are numbering like this (so asking users with already latest firmware to upgrade) and why this firmware cannot then be installed.

When you install by USB are you following the instructions as here: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=962.0 ?
It sounds like the box isn't recognising the update file, which is usually caused by not having a valid 'update.zip' file in the root of the USB drive.

Well, yes I am trying to update in all the different ways possible. However the results are allways the same. The update is not installed. Ihave downloaded the update from the Himedia official page, thank you for your reply , any further suggestions are welcome
