Hi! I have one of the new q10 pro and is really wonderful!
But now I'm trying to test it with and old TV with a low resolution connected with RCA, and it shows awful.
Is there any way to lower the default resolution? I already tried switching it in the Q10 settings (to PAL or NTSC), but it doesn't seem to make any difference. In fact when I start kodi in the"video output" settings continue showing 1080, and with no option to change it.
Thanks!

The Q10 Pro can be set to different resolutions (i.e. PAL or 720p) but Kodi is always rendered at 1080p and downscaled to system resolution.
Kodi isn't really designed for PAL resolution screens, it won't ever look good at this resolution.

Thanks!
But Q10 Pro really change resolution when output settings are set to PAL or 720p in the configuration?
Because I don't see any change on the screen, and besides kodi, other applications look awful too. For example opening a browser, the text is almost unreadable.

Text in PAL/NTSC resolution is pretty much unreadable through HDMI as well, both in Kodi and for instance the settings for the Q10. You need at least 720 or preferably 1080 to get a good result.

Sad to hear that but thanks for both responses!
