I am writing because I am think to have some quality issue on my Q10Pro.
I owned the Q10 4K3D with latest firmware linked to a PANASONIC PLASMA TV PX50VT20E and video quality was superb.
Now, with Q10Pro, it seems that quality is slightly worse.
I have tested the same movie and I have noticed that the frames seem (i hope to well translate) not defined (while before, with Q10 4K3D, a face or a place,in the background was clear and defined, now the frames seem like cartoon (similar) confused (i.e the face of a person behind the of the first object after the screen, seem one piece)
Could you help me?
best setting?
I use the HDMI bundled cable, AUTO SETTING DISPLAY (shown as 1080P 50Hz, even if my tv works at 60Hz), PQ set to standard, optimal, and LOW LOW LOW (I don't remember, but i think noise, motion, ecc. ecc) and 55 saturation.
Thank you very much
Luca
