Hi Futeko and my comrades,

I tried to install this game Evilbane: Rise of Ravens (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.netmarble.ravgl), but failed.

Installing the game is fine, which is about 48MB. But when I start the game, it failed to download additional patches and stopped and quit.

• Could you please explain to me what causes the problem because the game installs fine on my Android phone?
  How can I check whether a game or app is compatible with Q10 Pro?

Any help?  Is Q10 Pro only compatible with certain games / apps?

Q10 Pro is compatible with most Android games, but no device will have 100% compatibility.

Some games will be written in such a way (perhaps badly) to cause problems.
