Has anyone been able to get amazon prime video app to work on the Q10 Pro, Works well for me on the Orig Q10, But on the pro the app loads fine you can browse etc, But instantly crashes when trying to play a video.

I am having the same problem. Even when I have downloaded a film I cannot play it.

Amazon Prime, All4 and Demand5, none of these work! :(

I will pass on that list of apps to HiMedia so they can test and see if it's possible to fix.

I also have tried Amazon video app and it open but did not want to play any not even the trailers when will there be a fix

All4 and Amazon Video work with firmware 1.0.7.
I think the update to Widevine Level 3 may have allowed these protected content apps to run.
My5 (new name for Demand5) doesn't appear to work.

The others are available via Play Store as pre-installed on Q5/Q10 Pro.

well once I did the new update by usb now it works all my apps now work well thank you so much for the update you should have it on the air update to help all your customers

I know. I just wanted to let people know that it is not worth all the hassle. I won't be using the free prime month much this way 👎
I will tell them this prevents me from becoming paying customer.
Q10pro is the clearly better box....hands down. I don't need their crappy box.
