Title: HEVC at 4K

player will not play HEVC files at 4K have tried many files in kodi and media centre app (getting error code 246) it will play them at 720p, 1080p etc but NOT at 4K. it does however play 4K files using AVC. have spend hours on this anyone have any ideas? please

Are the files 10bit colour? Can you post a mediainfo report for a fie that doesn't play?

H8 support 4K HEVC with 8bit colour depth only.
