Hello,
can I access to the intern HDD from my computer (mac) with WIFI or do I need to plug a USB3 cable?
I can't read my videos form my computer (mac) with SMB. I have a black screen with HimediaVideoPlayer written. It works with UPNP and the intern HDD
Sorry for my bad english.
Thanks.

please note if you use KODI/SPMC to play files from SMB network, the SMB network should have NO User ID and Password.

You need to turn on Samba sharing. Go Settings - More - SAMBA Service - Start.
You can set up password protection if you wish.
This will share the internal HDD and all attached USB storage using a Samba (Windows) network.

Since I haven't got a wireless keyboard and given the fact that having to use the remote for any browsing related stuff makes me want to punch myself in the face, I really need to know of there's a remote app for the Q10 Pro for Android 4.3!
Thank you in advance, Chris

Or you need to enter the HDD outside your HOME network? Then you have to open a port in your router.
