Title: Splitting HDMI to SPDIF

Hi.

Does anybody have a solution so I can plug the HDMI into my 3DTV and SPDIF into NON-3D amp ? 

I thought a USB sound card with SPDIF may work, but are there any HDMI adaptors which can do this aswell ?

Do you think this would solve problem. TV has Arc but not on amp. EDID maybe problem.
