To catch it short. Looks very good and 2 important pending issues re-confirmed:
- 4K HDR not downscaled for TV without it (worked in earlier beta firmware)
- Out of sync audio for 3D-BD ISO's which seems to be a clock mismatch for 24P for audio and video

Both have been reported already.

Firmware is excellent now considering the product hasn't yet been released. Much better than Q5/Q10 4K3D at launch.

It will continue to be improved as it always is with HiMedia products.

Hmm, compared to HMD-1.0.0 2016-03-03.212008 for the pre-production sample.

Can you share a copy of HMD-1.0.1 2016-03-22.170326? Curious to check what it does on both units... I have the production version of Q10 Pro being delivered to me today, thanks to HiMedia.

Planning to do all new tests, reviews... this time watermarking everything from review-thieves  ;D.

The production sample you get should have HMD-1.0.1 2016-03-22.170326. Our new production sample has that firmware.

Sorry, we don't have a copy of the firmware yet. Just the sample with it pre-installed.

The new wrapper is NOT pre-installed. Users need a link to this, or ideally, HiMedia should pre-install as they've done w/previous-gen Q5/10 4K3D firmwares.
