I'm taking taste, this is a really nice H8 the device! I would like to know if you can control the dell'H8 screen on the display of PC (remote) ...

Not by design.

Control via another Android is possible.

Install this on H8: http://www.mediafire.com/download/vwu4vmwpe55l2t7/wkremoteTV-client-release-haimeidi-release.apk

Sometimes the most 'simple solutions are at hand and do not realize it ...
I found a solution easy to use and works perfectly: installed teamvieuver Mobile https://www.teamviewer.com/it/download/mobile-app.aspx on smarTV and pc check it big time! It works perfectly!

One more solution to control via another android device:
Just install this app http://wiki.openhourlab.com/index.php/RK_Remote_Control.
As for me it is more useful than wkremote
