Title: Himedia H8 heavy issues

Hi all,
after a few month of playing around with Himedia H8, i can say, this is somewhat of a box!

Crashes, freezings, instabilities out of the blue, by each event.
Changed the Kodi with all possible versions, even the Zidoo X6 versions....changed firmwares....with no results at all, except crashes!

By my opinion the reason for all that are  hardware based. Same miserable results with another H8 of my friend!

A clear "stay away" from such a box.

I have 2 Himedia H8 boxes and have no big issues to report.
Running one at firmware 1.0.7 and one at 1.0.9 with no problems. For some reason some add*ns within K*di won't update with 1.0.9 firmware.
No big deal, once in a while I copy the K*di directory and paste it to the other box. Keeping them identical.
I'm very happy with my purchases, LOVE, LOVE them. Excellent remote but you do need an extra (proper) Air-Mouse for some apps.

There are the "normal" known FW problems with H8 (AV asynch, Blocking, ...).
I have no HW issues/crashes with my box. - I think you have a buggy box, do a warranty exchange.
