Hi,

Is there an option to remove letterboxing in movies ? A gradual zoom, for example

Why would you want to do such a thing?! You lose picture information, often critical to the movie experience as director framed it.

I have a 49" TV, that's a matter of comfort.

all TV usually  have  button on remote control or menu setting to change aspect ratio.
