Title: Himedia Q10 Half screen is clearer than the other half?

Hello could somebody please help me with this issue, on my box when im watching a movie the left half of the screen is dimmer or lower quality or something more than the right... Right is very clear and it is like a line is drawn down half then screen... I know it isn't tv  because it doesn't do that with my cable... Any help would be much appreciated!

you have wrong  forum section .. but

you have set espressX engine to split screen

when playback a video press "menu" button , then select PQ  setting ->  espressX engine -> engine switch "On"
