Title: Dune HD Pro Vision 4K Solo trailers do not works

Hello everyone,

I recently discovered this forum and just signed up to share my experience as an owner of the Dune HD Pro Vision 4K Solo.
I installed the new guy
dune_firmware_tv175v_240619_0210_r22.dff
it seemed to work correctly,
but for a few weeks I can no longer see the trailers,
either automatically when I select a film,
or by entering the description of the film and selecting the trailer item, when it exists.
In this case I see the list of trailers, but if I click to open it,
I get the following response: "Failed start playback"

Have you also encountered this problem?
Is it due to a firmware bug or incorrect settings?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me clarification on this matter.

Dune are aware of the issue.

They are investigating.

They have not confirmed if and when they can fix it.
