Made an order 6 days ago, sent an email a couple of days ago.
I've heard nothing from this company.
Are you still in business? I see a pending charge, but then no contact whatsoever.

We have no record of any order from you. Please email us with your order details (Paypal payment receipt, email order receipt).

We don't have any payments not allocated to an order so I don't think you've made a valid order with us. If you'd paid you would have received an email from Paypal, an email from us, and have landed on our payment complete page with a transaction ID number. Did any of these happen?
All our payment processing is done by Paypal and we only see the payment if it's complete, so if you've not made a valid order we have no information to give you. You would have to contact Paypal direct.
