Seems interesting model for projects requiring 2 HDD front racks + Android 10 run plus all other 'normal' video specs , 4K -8K HDR10+ DV , etc...

Will it come Europe or not ?

I think it's very unlikely that an international version will be released, and the listing implies that it's a couple of years old already.
