Title: Mouse cursor and a power menu app

Hello all,
I have two questions/requests.
1. I don't like the blue mouse cursor image, can we change it? If we can, how?
2. I am using power menu app but it doesn't supports the remote. Is there a way to fix that? Or Are there any good looking power menu alternative? Minix and others are hideous :D
