Either.

FAT32 has a 4GB max file size limit so NTFS is probably better.

Thanks for the info. Formatted the 64gb thumb drive to ntfs. Set up as the external storage. The issue i'm having is that every time i tried to move android app to sd. Its keeps telling me storage is full. Any fix for this.

that didn't work. Fat32 work but creates a dirty drive. Plug into windows and have to do an error check every time.

I would try EXT2 or exFAT instead. Both were specifically designed to be used with flash.
EXT4 is excellent for a HDD.

Hello,

You have to first root your Himedia Box  and then set in the Setting box to put by default your USB key 64 Go. After that you can install or move whatever you want because not so much place in the internal memory, see that :

This is the latest safe rooting method for the Q5/Q10, It is safe and works on all firmware to date..

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6bIqDVYsPAlaXBjLTJjOUJfbTg

Simply extract the contents of ROOT_via_LAN.rar to your desktop on any pc or laptop on the same network as the
Q5/Q10, Run ROOT_via_LAN.bat, It will tell you press any key to continue.

Next it will ask for an ip address, Type in the IP to the  Q5/Q10

Now it will root and reboot your box, Once it reboots go to google play install the update to SuperSU
Then run SuperSU and update the binary choosing normal method when asked

Done you are now safely rooted.

Enjoy
