Title: reset resolution with screen being on help

I brought my Q10 Pro on a trip but the box was set for 4k resolution and the TV here is only 1080p.  The TV just says Resolution not supported and to change. But I can't see ant way to do that without being able to see the screen.

Is there a button on the front or some other way to change it?

Hi unclejoshc,
Original IR remote have a TV Mode button in the left of 0 key upper to 1 key.
Press TV Mode button and wait 5-10 sec and repeat this steps again until get image on the TV.

Thank you for these instructions.  Unfortunately it did not work for me.
