There's a way to connect HiMedia to Windows 11?

I want to display the HiMedia to my pc monitor instead of my TV. Is this possible?

You can connect any HDMI device to a PC monitor with DVI input using a simple DVi-HDMI cable. e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/928400697?iid=282955480907

My pc monitor has an HDMI connection. So i just need to connect the hdmi cable?
