Title: No sound when playing music videos

Listened to some music today on the Neo S with no problem. Then I tried playing some music videos I had downloaded and played before with no issues. The video was fine, but there was NO audio. Only system change was upgrade to the latest firmware. Tried restarting the system with no luck.

Any suggestions?

How are you connected for audio? HDMI / XLR / RCA / headphone?

It's likely that the audio is outputting through a not-connected output, probably XLR/RCA/headphone through DAC rather than HDMI. Settings - DAC audio - Audio source - Turn off DAC.

Audio is connected through HDMI, which is how it has been connected. Why would it play music, no problem but for music video it only shows the video but doesn't play the music track - there have been no changes from when I was playing the music, just went to the Poster Wall and selected the music videos . . .
