Title: Problem with power on

I have a big problem with Dune HD Real Vision, it wont power on. After turning on, the logo appears (Dune ..loading) and then a black screen. I tried disconnecting  from the power supply , it didn't help.
Is there a possibility to hardware restore to factory settings.

Yes, follow the procedure for an emergency restore.

If that does not work call Futeko for help. Assuming you got the unit there.

Thnx for replay.
I found hard reset button. There is a  inside the audio AV jack.
I connected the wireless keyboard and reset the device.

i was having this problem, power on logo then black screen, i discovered if i used the android app to start playing a film it would restore video, also i hard reset was problomatic, logo then black screen

fingers crossed the latest firmware seems to of solved this issue for me, im able to turn on and get video straight away now

so make sure your running the latest fw
