Title: Video stuttering on some h264 file

Hi,

I am using 2.1.7 lite version of firmware, previously 2.1.1 still the same behavior when playing this kind of file:

COdec as attached.

IC this a codec problem h264 AVC 10bit bitrate up to 9k?
