Sorry, Sir. We want to help you, but UHD2000 was stop producing for a long time and I have checked with our After-sales maintenance department, there is no more power supply module for exchange."

Zidoo uses 5V plus 12V PSU's. Swapping them by any PSU matching specs at 50/60 W total will do.
You may even use a simple switched mode PSU replacing the linear PSU originally mounted or use an external Linear PSU. A handy person should be able to fix it.

Yes the PSU was vulnerable to using the wrong voltage on a bad grid it seems. This with large voltage swings occurring? Seen 160V/170V lows on a 220V grid in South América myself. What auto-voltage 110V/120V does with such conditions?

Thank you for being MORE helpful than ZIDOO is. They offered to sell me a UHD 3000 at a $ 300.00 discount from retail.
This means that my UHD 2000 is destined to become an expensive Bookend.

Update on UHD 2000. Zidoo service has found a Power Suppy for my unit and will be sending  it to me in Thailand.

I revise my opinion of their Service Department to positive.
