Title: NFS shares

I have enabled NFS on my Synology NAS DS1821 +
On the Q10 pro I see the folders but when I try to log in it tells me that they do not contain files or directories.
Please is there anyone who can help me figure out if I need to set something different on the NAS and / or the Q10 Pro?
I apologize if the subject has already been dealt with but I have not found a solution.

Where 192.168.1.0/24 is your network or IP/Hostname of HiMedia player.

Thanks for the quick response.

But I have 2 doubts:

1 - using NFS does not ask me for username and password because it is not provided by the protocol?
If so, I'd set Privilege: only read.

2 - Does the WRAPPER only work with SAMBA with KODI?
I was trying NFS because being the Q10 Pro compatible only with SMB1 the security level is too low, from all sides we read that it is too vulnerable.

What do you think?

Hi pcristi,
i need your help!

I set up the Synology as you kindly suggested.

If I read a .mkv movie from another NFS server that I have (unRAID) the movie starts immediately, if I try to read it from the Synology it starts after 5 minutes!
The black screen with the writing "VIDEOPLAYER" at the top left remains for 5 minutes and then it starts.

I have the CFW 2.1.4 pcristi, do I need to update something?
Do I need to update the HIMEDIAPLAYER?

Please help me understand!

5 minutes and then it starts, sound like back screen bug of NFS + Kodi +Wrapper.
Try install update_HiMediaVideoPlayer_1.2.45_HMD_0422.zip (https://www.mediafire.com/?o4h15793c0a0e), rename to update.zip and apply from update menu.

Hi pcristi,
I was going to try to re-install HiMediaVideoPlayer 1.2.45 but I stopped because now everything works!
I don't know what happened but I haven't changed anything!
The only thing I tried to do before attempting the reinstall was to reboot both the Q10 Pro and the Synology NAS 3/4 times.
I didn't do anything else!
If it continues to work OK we are fine, otherwise I will try what you suggested.

I saw that in your repository there is also version 1.2.53 and 1.2.60 of the HiMediaVideoPlayer, don't they fit on your CFW 2.1.4?
