Title: v10 mini BT remote won't connect

Hi,
I bought v10 mini BT remote and can't pair it with my Zidoo z9x.
After several attempts I can see it in "previously connected" but it does't work.
My IR remote doesn't work either so I navigate with smartphone via app.
Has anyone had this issue and can help me?

got mine, info @ sticker on a remote, works great.
