Title: Zidoo z1000 Pro corrupt timer

Hi everyone I've just taken delivery of my z1000 pro and as you can see from the pictures the clock is corrupt. If I remove power from the unit every thing is fine until I play a file then after about 30 minutes the clock becomes corrupt again, before I contact Futeko about a return and refund is there anything you can suggest.

It might be a contact problem for the panel or cable to it. With the explicit consent of Futeko you could have  a look at that.

Thanks for the advice, I will speak to Futeko tomorrow unfortunately the unit is now playing up even more with no output via hdmi, so glad I hadn't decided to sell my Z10 as yet.

This is being dealt with direct with the customer by email. We have accepted the item back for refund.

The problem described is not typical of the product with this case being the only one we know of.
