Title: Mijn Q10pro is dead after burning firmware???
Post by: kay68 on January 02, 2022, 08:45:30 AM
Hello readers,

I own a Q10pro and have the following problem.
I get a black screen and on the front of my display I see a round led on and the on/off led stays on red.
When I click on it everything turns on for a moment and then it falls back to that round led and red on/off.

I got this after I wanted to put a new firmware on it (with paperclip).
I also notice, if I want to put a firmware on it again, that my usb stick led no longer burns so usb dead.

Apparently something happened during the firmware and my q10pro won't work anymore.

Is there a way to fix this or can I throw it away?

Thank you in advance

OK, if rely not power on USB stick when try to install FW with paperclip then give a try of recovery with shortcut circuit.

What I notice and don't know if this is normal:
Plugged in a blue printer cable and connected it to my computer. Through my computer I see the internal HD which is linked to my q10pro. So is there life in it?

I had done it a few times as written in the links, but just couldn't get it to work.
took a break and then tried again what you had sent me and now I see a picture ??? :-)

My thanks are therefore very large to PCRISTI.
