Title: HDMI sound settings

Just got an Anthem MRX-740 and I'm struggling on some settings…

I have no sound on files flagged as Dolby Digital Plus...
True HD and all DTS are fine…

My current source is a Dune HD Pro Vision 4K Solo connected with HDMI audio only output to HDMI 1 in the 740.
Sound settings are:
Connector: HDMI (HD audio enabled)
Output: Original (bitstream)
Rate: auto
In the Android section it’s:
HDMI output: raw
HDMI Rx audio format: raw
Force SD audio: off
Audio DAC: off

Any ideas ?

Your basic sound settings are correct....now the clincher is those Android settings that haven't been determined to even work or be relevant.

In the case of those, try setting HDMI output to Auto. and turning the DAC on. (try the HDMI RX differently also, even though I'm not sure what that even is)
If that doesn't work, test your files that have DD+.
