Title: Best Settings Under Android Subsystem....RealVision4K
Post by: isolar801 on September 09, 2021, 04:19:53 PM
We have seen suggestions for best video settings in the main Settings menu on the Dune interface.
What do some of you think the best settings are under the Realtek menu in the Android subsystem ?
Such as performance mode (experimental). There are a lot of important choices in this menu.

It is on my actionlist with Dune to clarify the audio and video settings under Android Setup.
It does seem to be not very high on their priority.

The initial answer in line with my own try outs is that they aren't functional at all. Keep in mind the Dune drivers run under their own OS. ;)

That makes sense....I'm assuming that the main Dune engines for audio/video are Linux based (at least I hope so) and the Android side is just fluff.
Personally, I could do without any of the Android.
Been trying out numerous music players...fell back to good old Kodi (18.9) (gotta have those scrolling lyrics)
The Onkyo player is nice, but I can't get it to not display sideways...
