Title: Z10 Pro not recording

Hello everyone, I am a Spanish user using translator, sorry for the mistakes.

The recently bought Z10 Pro with the intention of recording from a satellite decoder. When I select the HDMI input I see video but I have no audio, and if I give it to record, it generates a 0kb file and does not record anything.
I have tested with 2 satellite decoders, Mvision and Engel brands and I have updated Z10 pro via OTA to the latest fw
I have tried with a video camera and it does record and with audio.

The HDMI input needs to be without HDCP. Copy protected HDMI signal cannot be recorded.

but it crash when recording 20- 30 minute
