Title: Launcher 3d not responding error

Used my Q10 earlier today and it was fine.
Just noticed that it had turned off (not by me) so attempted to restart. I keep getting a "Launcher 3d is not responding" error which just keeps looping no matter what I try. I have powered down and unplugged but the same keeps happening.
Is there a solution that doesn't involve reinstalling the firmware?

Seriously, I also having the same Launcher_3D has stopped issue, surprised you are having this on the same day

Nothing I'm doing is working

I decided to just go ahead and do a reflash and upgraded the firmware to 2.17 because I hadn't bothered for a couple of years.

Yes, I did it too. But to 2.1.4.

Does work now.

I also added Nova Launcher to it.

Hopefully, this set will last a couple of years more.
