The Realbox was released in 2020. Will Dune be providing an update for this model?

It is the new Alpha I am interested in that has the new GUI and six other recent models received.

More than a week gone and still no response? Am I to assume that a device that was released just over a year ago will not be receiving the latest GUI and Alpha firmware whilst seven other devices are?
If so you might want to re-think the advertising you put on your Dune product pages!

As far as I am aware the new update will come for both RTD1619 model ranges. ;)
But Realbox? It uses a slightly exotic SOC.

They are apparently releasing a new Alpha anytime now with improvements to the new GUI and this 1395 box is supposed to be getting it, along with a whole host of others. Will breath new life into this box as a backup device to my main player.
