Title: usb bluetooth dongle on H8 Octa Core?

It is possible to put a bluetooth USB dongle to connect a bluetooth game controller or keyboard/mouse to the OCTA CORE H8?

I read some HIMEDIA boxes don't allow it. Is this a hardware or software limitation?
