Look like DV FEL (https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=276448) are problematics once and for some on them when are remux to mkv HiMediaVideoPlayer choose wrong video track.

It won't play Dolby Vision.  If the codec is an old one (as pointed out above) it can have a Dolby 1080p Video#2 info track that can't be read and is best removed.
DVDFab or similar can remove/convert all DV tracks so you just have HDR10.
The new DV & HDR10 combined 2160p video plays fine in the Q10Pro (so do HDR10+ but as HDR10).

Download MKVToolNix (https://mkvtoolnix.download/downloads.html#windows)
Drag & drop mkv wait for loading, unselect tracks what don't want to be copy, set a destination and start multiplexing
