Hi!
On my Q10 pro, i have an issue when i try to read a file in the media player.
When the audio is DTS, i get no sound an error message "audio can not be decoded".
I have the 2.1.4 pcristi firmware.
Is there something i need to update or dowload to get these files decoded?

I've a couple of infos to help :
I tried to read the files with Kodi 18, I end up with the same issue and the same message.
The files are mkv containers, the audio is DTS 5.1 channels, more than 1500kps, 96 khz
These files are currently read by my Fantec 3DFHDN, but i don't use this box anymore.

It will certainly work using the built-in MediaPlayer software (and has done so for years). Test and hear if this works for you?
If you are trying to use Kodi and DTS, make sure the "wrapper" setting is on for playback (see separate threads on use if you don't already know).

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, i get the same error message that audio is not decoded with the built-in media player.
And I get the same issue with all my DTS files (Jurassic park and other movies, a couple of concerts and some series).

Try a new firmware update. Currently there should be an update that corrects this part.
