the dune is not seen on the net and the green LED lights up only for a few seconds when switched on, and then goes off. Has it arrived broken or is it a common problem?
Thanks

Sounds broken.

but to the owners of Pro Vision 4K Solo, the 2 LEDs (yellow and green) both light up or only the yellow lights up?
thank you

I also get green light only lighting up for a couple of seconds on boot then yellow light flickering during usage as would be expected. I think, in that respect, your box is behaving normally.
When you say 'the dune is not seen on the net' do you mean no network access at all or just that other devices on the network cannot see the dune?
If it's the latter then SMB server needs to be enabled at Setup - Applications - SMB Server

I think I also have a problem with my network. Although I have no problems with my network connection, I post my question here anyway.
I have a question about the speed of transferring files from the PC to the Dune HD Pro Vision Solo.
When transferring files (movies), I can only reach a speed of about 50 MB / s. With my Egreat A10 I get about 80 MB / s. Both players are connected to the same wired network.
Firmware version: dune_firmware_tv175v_210227_1631_r17
Is this correct?

I don't think it's a hardware problem if that's what you mean. It appears to be typical.
Dune will work to optimise file transfer speeds but it's not going to be a problem in normal use. UHD BD has a max bitrate of 100 Mb/s, which is 12.5 MB/s.

I created a new subnet with another Netgear router and now I can "see" the Dune. I think it was a problem with the Vodafone router.
Thank you
the maximum speed, however, remains at 50/55 mb / s, too bad ...

Hello, I do not know if this will help ... Formatting the internal hard disk to EXTFAT I manage to copy at 69 mb / s
