why is it difficult to find a device with an opinion from leading sites?
1. 10-bit color encoding: play video encoded using the latest standards, with support for 1 billion of colors
what it means ?
2. Android 9- Why is Android software obsolete two years ago? Why not 11 Android

1. More bits for each pixel so a greater possible selection of colours. So more subtle gradients, particularly visible as screen size gets larger. https://www.techhive.com/article/171223/10_bit_color.html
2. The Android version is dictated by the chipset vendor (Realtek). Stability is more important than anything else for these boxes so it's better to stick with an older, proven stable, Android version and build on top of that. I don't know of any advantage Android 11 would bring over Android 9 for a media player.

Something to add to the HiFi specification:
The DAC uses the Comtrue CT7601PR asynchronous converter, which allows to send a DSD stream not transformed into PCM, which the DAC decodes natively.
This unlike Zidoo X20 PRO using IIS directly not facilitating DSD for SACD.
